Void Property Maintenance

Working with main contractors and local authorities we have delivered extensively the decoration package on a number of schemes over the last twenty plus years, working to programme of works determined by the clients.

These schemes have varied from re-active projects being called upon 3-4 times a month when properties become vacant and works are required prior to the clients re-let programme, to other schemes which run weekly with an estimate of 2-3 void property decorations per week annually, as with all works labour is allocated and resources planned on the individual contract basis.
