New Build Schemes

We have worked with a number of new house builders over the years delivering on average the decorating works on over 250 new homes per year, this figure increases and decreases dependant on the programme of works required by our clients. We are currently working on a number of new build schemes delivering programmed works averaging six to twelve plots per week.

All new build schemes are resourced with our own employees and labour allocated based on the programme of works required by each Client.
