As a family owned company we know that our employees are at the core of our success. We also understand that how we and our employees behave as individuals has a major impact on preventing accidents and injury. By consciously and consistently adhering to the company's core values we aim to keep our employees and all those who may be affected by our work activities safe and healthy.

Attitude

C7 Contractors actively promote good health and safety awareness throughout the workforce, carrying out risk assessments, site inspections, producing safety method statements and co-ordinating toolbox talks. We put all employees through our induction programme and ensure that all our on-site employees are provided with adequate information to carry out their work and without risk to health. We also ensure that we identify any areas of additional training required for individuals to help maintain and deliver the company ethos of Safety First at all times.

Training Matrix

C7 Contractors maintain a training matrix database where all employees' annual training is recorded including asbestos awareness, manual handling and face fit tests. All operatives regularly undertake site specific tool-box talks determined by the risk and method statements produced for each site or on topics deemed necessary following on from our on-site health and safety audits.
