C7 is completly committed to an ongoing training process and has achieved numerous awards and recognition.
We consider that our most significant award has been the successful growth of our company which is a shining example to everyone that the long term benefits of training are in the best interest of both our company and its employees.
Our company has always believed in training and, as a result, we have seen previous trainees rising to senior positions within our organisation. As well as our ongoing trainee programme we also run regular courses in health and safety topics (please see health and safety page for info)
Outside of the standard NVQ courses that we run, our company also offer adaptive training options to our employees that are dependent on roles and current projects. We also work with our material partners in offering courses in support of the roles we offer and specialist product knowledge.
Since 1997 we have trained extensively in excess of 60 young person's entering the industry with many having progressed through our business and moved onto management positions with main contractors we have worked with, also some having moved onto their own ventures and now running their own businesses. We are very proud to see the progression of all the persons that have come through our business still offer support and guidance when sought.
