External Cyclical Maintenance

C7 Contractors have been involved with a number of partners completing planned cyclical maintenance programmes, from pre-paint repairs through to decoration.

C7 Contractors have also undertaken scaffolding works on numerous projects in association with our trusted scaffolding partner to offer a complete service to clients.

We have been closely involved with these contracts from inception through to completion and have been responsible for:

• site evaluation
• written product specification
• colour schemes
• planning of programme of works
• regular meeting with client
• tenant liaison
• scaffold control (inspection and clarification by our own on-site trained management team)
• control of health & safety procedures
• management of scheduled works
• completion of works
• certification of works with client
