CHARITY COMMITTEE

ABOUT OUR COMMITTEE


The Charity Committee is comprised of a group of office and site-based employees.
 
The committee members volunteer their time in addition to their regular job responsibilities.
While we fully recognise the important work of many worthy causes and that charitable giving has been drastically reduced recently, our funding is very limited and our mission is very specific.
 
The Charity Committee meets on a quarterly basis, decides which charities to support and organises at least two fundraising events per year.
 
The Charity Committee then looks to gain the support of their fellow work colleagues and family members in order to make any event as successful as possible for the benefiting charity.
 
The Charity Committee is also supported by the Directors of C7 Decorators Ltd.
 
The three core roles set out below change hands each year, the new appointees decided on by the committee each autumn

The committee comprises the following


Chair –
Responsible for assisting and liaising with individuals to fulfil the duties of their role
 
Secretary –
Responsible for meeting dates, logging all planned actions and keeping all members of the committee up to date with progress
 
Treasurer –
Responsible for the collection and control of all monies and distribution of monies to the relevant charity together with keeping records of all transactions and reporting final year figures to the committee  
 
Committee Members
